Encounter with the Bounty Hunter
A bounty hunter named Blade is hunting Vom Fass. The bounty for Vom Fass is now over several thousand gold pieces. Magistrates in Stoneport and the Points are accusing Vom Fass of theft, lewd conduct, charlatanism, and dangerous behavior. Several strange explosions are contributed to him and lots of missing property. Several bounty hunters were dispatched to bring him to justice but all have failed so far.
Blade’s idea is to cut off Vom Fass and his adventuring party at the river Archon. There are several large rocks in the middle of the river and Blade wants to trap Fass on one of these rocks and throw a net of anti magic upon him. His plan is to use a woman as bait in the middle of one of these rocks. Blade doesn’t care if Vom Fass frees her or not he is more concerned do divert his attention away from the trap he is laying.
On the large rock in the middle of the river he has constructed a Gibbet. A woman is placed on a rickety stool with a noose around her neck. Her name is Yaelus Morningbow. A sex worker he hired in Tellenor. She is gagged and attempting to balance on this stool. She has been up there for a couple hours when the adventuring party comes upon her.
Blade has 3 henchmen that he has hired out for this job. A human mercenary called Rumen who wields a rapier and a short sword. A Half-orc called Glash who is wielding the net of anti-magic. He also has two hammers he pulls out when needed. A minotaur fighter called Orbus Klang rounds out the crew with his huge axe.
Double jeopardy!
At this moment a team of two bounty hunters looking for princess Mew come upon this scene. As Blade springs his trap they scream out “Princess Mew, by the authority of the Kingdom of crossing sun and stars you are under arrest!”

Once the party commits to the rescue and places themselves on the rocks in the river the trap will be sprung. The three henchmen are positioned to attack anyone by the Gibbet and Blade himself will either snipe from a few rocks away or engage with anyone who decides not to go to the Gibbet rock.
Their main goal is to section Vom Fass away from the rest of the party and get him in the net. Blade will use his glove of force push to maneuver different party members either away from Vom Fass or knock Vom Fass towards the net. The half orc and the Minotaur can grapple or bull rush different party member to where they want them.
