Felca
Felca is a true-air oasis desert city located in northern Trizona, within the Thes'set Desert. It is a true-air city, and is also the 2nd-largest settlement in its country. This statistic may be decieving, as Felca is actually a small city, more accurately described as a town.
It is known for its valuable water mines and natural desert springs. Its location at the end of the Redalix Road, situated on a rare free section of the road, has made it a busy trading outpost. It is bustling with caravans, merchants, and Moving-Cities.
It is a true-air city, but does have one modest closed district in the central area of the settlement, which is unpopular and mainly populated by foreigners.
Felca is named after Kharaj Thu'Felca, though he himself never lived in the land on which Felca was later founded, long after his death. Additionally, "felca" also means "cliff" in Sandwind.
