Bhurbrog is a country in the southwest region of the Continent of Tariel. Its residents are mainly orcish though several half-human races can be found scattered around the region, with the exception of half-orcs, which are extremely rare.

Culture

Bhurbrog cuisine trends toward the meat-heavy and carbohydrate-light. Roasted meat is exceptionally popular, occasionally paired with roasted root vegetables. Rice grows in the marshes, but is not commonly consumed straight. It is instead pounded into a paste, used to envelop leftover meat and vegetables to create a different dish.

Demography and Population

Populated mainly by both Azdran and Vermarron orcs, Bhurbrog's swamps also house small numbers of human, elvish and dwarvish immigrants.

Formerly allied to Klastar, Srendell, and Mirngolir against Lunaire.
