The building was established when the need for a post service originated. They offer two options for mail, by courier, which is less expensive, or by pigeon, which is more.
The couriers travel between offices along the roads between Fallbrook and Port Town, instead of leaving the parcel or letter in Westonridge. Because of this, this system can take several days.
The alternative is by pigeon, which is considerably faster. However, due to the personalized services, it tends to be expensive. The pigeons are owned by an elven druid named Thalia Shagwyn.
