The best blacksmith in Lunaire and perhaps even the Continent of Tariel is hidden away in this shop in Port Town.

The shop is located in an unassuming building near the outskirts of town, close to the water.
History
Hiram Haruno and his forge have been in Port Town for longer than anyone can recall. During The Civil War, he was asked to supplement the troops with weapons, but followed Kayden Middleton's statement on neutrality. The fates only know how the tides would have turned had Hiram chosen to side with Lunaire.
Tourism
Though word of his talents spread across Lunaire, Hiram himself is adverse to visitors. Because of this, he doesn't feature an "Open" sign. Often, people who will want to watch him work will have to settle for subtly looking through the window.
