Cael Velari
Nestled in the southern coastline of Aldaria, the city here is a sprawling dock city with many miles of farmland along the long banks. Resting upon a rocky shoal for part of it with long bridges that stretch across to smaller embankments, large vessels with long canals come in and out with ease.

Spread over a long sprawling terrain covered in long houses and stacked buildings dug straight into the long rocky shoals, the city is a large conglomeration of races liviing together in the pseudo-capital of the Conclave

Ruled by the nobles and lords that govern the city, and report upwards to the head of the state

Heavy navy force bordering the edges of the city along with heavy coastal walls in portions with large guard towers and weapons, including a few surprises

Heavy manufacturing industry of vessels here along with a horde of mercantile trading districts

Long canals, bridges, spiraling roadways, tunnels, hidden and widespread homes and abodes, the city seems to have it all

History
Born from the backlash of the Great Magical Wars, the city came together in their time of need to defend themselves from the wild lands and pirates to the south.
Architecture
Wide and spiraling. Much of the architecture is grand and made with intricate stonework. Some however has seen some age and shows weathering in places.
Geography
Settled along the edge of a cliff system looking over the ocean below and spread across it with long bridges into small landmasses with long swirling waves below, the city seems half into the water and made from the very bounty of the sea.
Natural Resources
Many many fishing groups, farming villages, and natural stone nearby all create the bountiful city
