Clerlême
The bustling city of the Cabeleon Republic. Unlike some of the other capitals of the rest of the world on the front lines or close to dark portents the world over, this city is wide and sprawling and open on all ends. Fortified within it's people and other places above and around, the city holds no massive walls and embraces the freedom and expression that comes from the people's music love and shows in the architecture.
Demographics
Mostly and primarily Liev'tani, as it is the hear and capital of their empire, though some roving travelers have stayed over the years, adding a couple elements of spice every so often.

Republic, as is the leading ideology that runs much of the area. Freedom for expression in all things.
Defences
Riverboat warships patrol the larger waves back and forth between the other gambling and laughing vessels among the other flying vessels between the tall trees
Industry & Trade
Much of the industry here comes in the form of produced musical instruments and other finely made wooden objects from the bountiful trees within the city and surrounding area.
Infrastructure
Large aqueducts that flow from the bountiful rivers that spread and flow through the Endless Domain from Tian'tha make this place quite flowing with water just as the music that comes from the people. Large towers flanked with floating vessels between the massive trees also blanket the area for the defenses along with the numerous ships that patrol the large rivers.

History
Founded nearly along the Liev'tani themselves, the city arose as the first primary installation of their people within the Endless Domain.

Many people visit this location for the talk of its great and bountiful music, riverboats, and other such exploratory ventures make this city quite the tourist location for the wealthy in Taldoria
