Eslondil

Swirling from the beautiful and towering trees of the Westfold Forests rises the capital of the Selvan Dynasty. Long standing and beautiful with flowing waterfalls and long chains of buildings lined between and within the trees, the city is one of beauty and elven grace.

Demographics

Often of long-eared descent, many of the populations of people are spread in the upper and lower tiers of the city along the long chains of houses and buildings in the many districts and beautiful spirals of trees

Government

As with the rest of the dynasty, the city is lorded over by the three ruling houses. Equal representation from the three main tall structures within the city lord over the lower sections below and give their rulings down to the guards

Defences

No walls or outer embankments lie around the city. A few large towers stand watch, but most of the defenses are made far from the city itself

Industry & Trade

Not much industry aside from crafting of arms and small weapons is made here. Beautiful forged and crafted bows, swords, shields, and all manner of what would expect from elven craftsmen

Long chains of cities built into trees, aqueducts, beautifully lined craftsmanship, and chains of bridges over the waterfall

History

Founded with the founding of the Dynasty in the years following, around 856, the city has long stood as a beacon within the forests as the largest city

Architecture

Long and towering structures of beautiful white stones stretch upwards. Long intricately carved bridges and buildings lie along the streets and edges of the pathways of the city. Vines and moss are often commonplace, but do not erode the natural stone from the area

Geography

Built along the foundations and the top of a long and wide waterfall. Surrounded on most sides by long chains of trees and upward rising spirals of trees and hills
