District 15
Summary
This district is responsible for training all students who wish to use their Mind Mutations or Powers for many different purposes in society. This is a very agitated and fast area, with teens running, or sometimes even using their powers to quickly move around, as this fast paced lifestyle is well promoted, as well as healthy competition and improvement
Infrastructure
Apart from the schools being well equipped with reinforced structures to contain possible collateral damage from students, the district has many different types of locations made specifically to train special powers or athletic abilities
Guilds and Factions
This district is not officially divided between the 4 major schools in the area, the official Technopolis school to the north, The Champion's league to the south, Wissenmagie to the west, and Gakuken to the east.
Architecture
This district displays lots of greenery and vibrant colors aimed to give an energetic feeling to the students, the spaces are very open and this is one of the areas with the least tall buildings out of the entire city, the schools itself vary greatly in their design from one another
