RIverside

A rather bohemian neighborhood in Halcyon City immediately south of the City Center along the banks of the Halcyon River. The north side of the river is more urban and contains the Parasol School and, further inland, Halcyon City University. The south side of the river is mostly low-rise office buildings and mixed use structures.
