Kitty Kat Cafe

Formerly the Kitty Kat Club, a pet store specializing in cats for novice supervillains. Currently serves as a pet adoption agency and coffee shop. The upper floors serve as a superhero base for a nameless group of young heroes. The Kitty Kat Cafe is located in the south Riverside neighborhood of Halcyon City.
