Violet Scepter

Violet Scepter is a notorious villain in Halcyon City. She is also the mother of Specter and has been working on repairing her relationship with her daughter after Specter ran away from home. She has had relations with Impact in the past despite them being enemies in their super personas. Violet Scepter made her debut in The Swarm (issue 1) when Specter called her seeking advice about Impact's imprisonment. After helping to defeat the psionic creature referred to as the "Fear Monster," Violet was approached by A.E.G.I.S. and offered immunity if she worked with the agency. Violet realized there was a lot of money to be made in a redemption arc. Publicly, she is a reformed villain, though she's probably still up to some shady business on the side.
