General Summary
The second prologue group gets together in "Cass, Verst, and People who aren't Cass and Verst." As Cass and Verst were settling in for an evening's rest in the Plainsedge Covert, Tourmaline saw their campfire from outside the forest and decided to investigate. After some initial discomfort with a newcomer, Tourmaline was welcomed into the campsite. As the three of them conversed, Cass noticed that an abundance of spiders were watching their camp. As Cass tried to figure out what the spiders wanted, Silas emerged from the nearby woods and greeted the party. After further distrust, the four of them eventually settled in for an uneasy rest among the trees of the Plainsedge Covert.
The next day, the four of them traveled together Eastward towards the Deadplains Borough in search of work, purpose, and stories to tell.
