Rich Banks

Rich Banks is a large city built alongside the Shadowmountain Run river. It is one of the most populous cities in Chapel Valley, and much of the trade along Shadowmountain Run makes its way through Rich Banks' ports. Rich Banks is also the seat of the Rich Banks Borough.
