Rich Banks
Rich Banks is a settlement built along the northern half of Shadowmountain Run in Chapel Valley. It is an important port town, and serves as a hub for commerce and transportation for travelers along the river, railways, and highways of the Upper Valley.
Since the destruction of Hellford, Rich Banks has taken over as the primary city for more "worldly" activities. It's abundant gambling, corruption, and debauchery have earned Rich Banks the unofficial nickname "Port Sacrilege."
