Following the success of the First Great Hunt in the Dominion's expansion northward into the Northwest Corridor, the Iron Dominion launches a Second Great Hunt into the newly explored territory of Chapel Valley. Thousands of Dominion soldiers are mobilized and sent into the Valley to find and exterminate a number of dangerous beasts, monsters, and megafauna native to the Valley to make way for Dominion settlement.

The Second Great Hunt ended with the slaughter of Undrag, an enormous Ancient Dragon who made its home in the Great Dune Sea. Some say that Undrag's skeletal remains can still be found among the sands of the Dune Sea.
