Grover Blackwood

Eldest son of Lord Edmund Blackwood and, since his death, the sole Lord of House Blackwood. 
As he is quite young, only 7 years of age, he was judged not old enough to rule at the time of his father's death by the Count Alfred Bedegar. As a result, the eldest child of Edmund Blackwood, Catelyn Blackwood was appointed as young Grover's regent until he comes of age.
