House Blackwood

One of the most ancient Houses of Delia, the Blackwoods once ruled as kings in this land. Today, however, they are mere counts under the will of the Duchy of Delia. 
The House of Blackwood controls the County of Dalrath, and guards the eastern border against incursions by the Duchies of Vigoria and Agrantium. 
Currently the House of Blackwood is led by a regency court, headed by the eldest daughter of the previous Lord Edmund Blackwood, Catelyn Blackwood, and the late lord's wife Lady Jeyne Saxton. The rightful head of the house will be young Grover Blackwood once he comes of age, but the child is only 7 years old.
