His Grace Hando Cayman Cerullo
The older of a pair of twins who founded the kingdom that of Cerulo, which became the The Cerulean Empire. Hando was the brains of the two, a gifted tactician and logician, who enjoyed much success at the game of chess, while his brother was the brawn of the duo. The two loved each other very much, holding each other in high esteem.
Hando and his brother Mandollo were the founders of the kingdom that would become the Cerulean Empire.

He committed patricide when he and his brother were twelve, after witnessing his father brutally beat his brother Mandollo nearly to death, in a fit of drunken rage.
Intellectual Characteristics
Hando was so natively smart he taught himself to read, and when he encountered people speaking common for the first time, he learned the language by listening.
