Sir Horace Manfred Mann, PhD. (a.k.a. Doc Mann)
A professor of Paraphysical Phenomenon, Horace is a seriously smart cookie. He has suspicions that Percy Chatham and JP Duckets have been working together on the Cloud Nine Cabinet in order to enrich themselves, and has been collecting and collating data to prove it. He has made no accusations yet, however, being the type to have all of his receipts and evidence in order before making any moves.
Physical Description
Horace is getting on in years, and his hemorrhoids flare up once in a while, but he's in pretty good shape for an old dude.
He walks a little bit stooped over, on account of his arthritis, and is developing a slight twist in his spine.
He wears a smartly trimmed mustache, and has an endearing crooked grin.
Horace dresses comfortably, wearing sensible shoes, and habitually wears a fedora. His cane is carved from a piece of ebony, and has a pearl handle...it was a gift from Trayvon the Lighthearted, Dean of the Bardic College Campus, upon Horace's retirement.
