Uweesee
The Asti of Water
Uweesee is probably the most interactive of the elements, but that is only so much in that she communicates with her children regularly. She sees mortals as beneath her, and doesn't spare them the time of day. She doesn't understand Mother Tree's obsession with them, but she ignores it in the same way that a parent ignores when a child is going through a phase as a teenager. Uweesee believes if she just ignores it Mother Tree will get bored and move on from her mortal pets.

Water, really all things liquid. Any more complicated liquid than water is the result of interaction.
