Murmansk
Land of Ice and Rock, Murmansk is unforgiving to the weak and ill-prepared. Those who travel there must pass through the narrow valleys of the Dweme're Mountains, and pass through a seemingly endless tundra to find the mountain cities of the dwarves.
During the Horde Wars Murmansk was hit the hardest and had nearly half its land made barren by the Azer. It has been a slow struggle to rebuild what they have left, but thanks to the generosity of the Elidian Empire, the Dwarves have had much needed supplies and manpower. This has strengthened the political and economic ties between the two peoples.
