Doxigo, God of Duty
God of Duty: Doxigo, Deorum Expergiscere:
God of Duty, Doxigo was once one of the many celestials in the Godly and Celestial planes.
This changed with he and his sister's ascension countless years ago, during the first Devil War.
When Asmodeus and the other 6 Arch-Devils rose up against Matter and the other Gods, Raealis and Doxigo were vital componants in leading the other celestials in the war and eventually assisted in sending the Devils to the Abysall Hells.
As a reward, both of the two were assended to Godhood. Raealis, bolstered by her commitment to the Gods and her fellow celestials was named Goddess of Discipline.
Doxigo was instead moved by his ties to the Duty of being a Celestial. Setting an example that all others were encouraged to follow.
As God of Duty Doxigo leads his followers and other Celestials to do the roles and responsibilities assigned to them. His ideology proports that even duties that are unwanted or perhaps even antithetical to a beings true desires, must be committed to until they are completed.
God of Duty: Doxigo, Deorum Obdormiet:
In modern Tempricida, Doxigo and Raealis' worship is mostly confined to The Brilliant Glen. While the two are sleeping, their roles are used as the basis for the Glen's various laws.
As God of Duty Doxigo's guidance is sort and cited for laws pertaining to the madnatory draft within the Glen and the assignment of certain jobs and responsibilities to the people living in the Glenn.
The tales of Doxigo resisting his temptations and committing to his job as first a Celestial Soldier and later a God are used to guide his worshippers to resist their own temptations and desires for the good of the Glenn and it's leaders.
