He of the Roaring Waves is God of the Oceans, worshipped most at the Pirate Isles.
He is usually portrayed as part of the oceans themselves, bringing large waves upon his people's enemies and those who displease him, while calming the waters only for his most faithful.
He is often portrayed alongside The One Reborn and She Who Makes The Skys Roar as a trio controlling Tempricida's Sea, Earth and Sky. He is also commonly said to have a rivalry with "She Of The Still Lakes." The Goddess of Aquet.
