Topaz
A dragon who's territory is between Forge Town and Angel's Bane. They chose to keep their clutch of eggs with them after the Dragon Hatching Ground's destruction, not trusting other dragons any longer.
Topaz once met a group of adventurers who sought safe passage through her territory. Charmed by their politeness and praise, particularly the praise of a young Paladin/Artificer, Silvyr Draconian, they allowed safe passage. Topaz granted gold and a flute to summon them whenever they are needed by Silvyr.
