Jo Flash

Jo Flash is a sea nymph, a Nereid. But that is just what she is, what she doe is chase oceanographic phenomenon! She's a whirlpool chaser, a thrill junkie, but always cool under pressure. She pilots the Mirrorjack. The craft itself has the unusual property of riding the air, rather than the water. It seems as would a normal ship of perhaps 30 foot, but as though it is capsized. The Mirrorjack is covered in what looks like viscous green slime where it touches the air. But that same 'slime' in the water is a faintly bioluminescent algae, spreading out in the water rather majestically.

Indeed the Mirrorjack rides upside down, or waterside up as it were. It is obviously enchanted in some manner, as it moves through water more easily than air. This is not a problem for Jo, as can not only breath overair, but underwater. But for the less gillful folks, they can be keelhauled. Its not as bad as it seems, since the keel is the only part out of the water.
