Milly Gustrider
Milly Gustrider is the sole owner and proprietor of 'Go With the Float Transportation'. When she arrives, she's hanging on the outside of a hot air balloon basket. With a rope in hand she leaps down and ties it off, looking for her charges. She's got the only exclusive contract for travel to and from the Pinion Dominion and surrounding locales.
Milly is friendly and chatty, and most importantly, doesn't owe allegiance to anyone. She's got the best interests of her passengers at heart. Although it'd look like she can't take too many passengers in that little hot air balloon basket.
Like Miss Gustrider herself, her balloon is full of surprises. When you enter, it has a ladder going down, down past where the wicker bottom ought to be. Its bigger on the inside, and has a quite delightful little lounge. Well, it kinda seems more like an extravagant blanket fort. But Milly always figures, why not be comfortable if you can?
Of course, anyone transporting exrtradimensional spaces is required to take them off and hang them on the outside of the balloon. Wouldn't want to cause a rip in the universe.

Milly has a propensity towards enjoying indulgences in life. Her balloon is outfitted with a blanket and pillow fort for goshdarnsakes. Why eat a little of something mediocre, when you could eat a bunch of something delicious? If you must hydrate, why not with wine?
Relationships
Sometimes Milly will make herself available for what she calls "Millyventures" short little fights down to wherever her anchor is currently planted. A great opportunity to go talk to NPCs in the area or do specific downtime sorts of explorations.

Milly will be waiting for anyone new, and give this spiel to every person as they board the hot air balloon.
"Welcome to Go With the Float Transportation, I'll be your captain, cabin crew, and confidant on this journey. You can call me Milly Gustrider" With that she strikes a brief pose, and hangs off the side of her balloon.
"Before you board, there are some provisos, prid quo pros, dictums, and edicts you should adhere to. First, if you happen to be carrying any extradimensional spaces, pocket universes, folds in the nature of reality, alternate timelines, or macguffin powered devices, please inform your cabin crew prior to descent into the pillowfort so we may prevent the absolute and complete destruction of this part of reality by trying to bring them inside. This balloon is equipped with handy dandy patented stuff on the side sacks, you can find them on the side, they are sacks, put your stuff in them!"
Milly climbs up the side of the balloon as she continues her pre-flight check. Making sure knots are tied just so, even one out of place and the Whenwinds could rip the balloon asunder.
"Now sit back, and enjoy the flight. There are tiny sandwiches, and they are tiny to me.... I'm a halfling, so for many of you they will be absolutely diminutive sandwiches! But they are delicious, I've made sure there are enough for everyone. But please, only one mineral water each. Our flight time should be just over an hour, giving you caster sorts enough time to adjust the spells you have prepped! And away we go!"
Milly unhooks the balloon, leaving only a single small unconnected rainbow anchor in the ground at the dock. They climb up the side of the balloon and tug on ropes, starting to direct it towards your destination, storm clouds on the horizon that don't at all seem inviting.
