Cardinal Kassandra is a world renowned healer and warrior nun, who currently serves as the leader of The Pentecost Tribunal. She is the first warrior nun to ascend to Cardinal, primarily due to her critical actions during The Great Lich War. She currently resides in the capital of Alta where she coordinates the top-level strategies of the Pentecost Tribunal, including setting the threat levels of emerging plagues and pandemics. Through the guidance of the 3 Bishops, she handpicks the individual teams chosen to combat each pandemic across of Terra. 
Called "dangerously progressive" by the 3 Bishops, Kassandra has challenged the long-held tenet of political neutrality of the Pentecost Tribunal. It was through her critical pro-active mobilization of the Pentecost Tribunal that a critical antidote was supplied to the troops of Ferrus during the Great Lich War. The previous Cardinal had deemed this antidote unnecessary and had in fact forbade the Tribunals involvement with the Great Lich War.
