Elpys is the goddess of hope. She was the patron goddess of the Crystal Empire until it fell. Her second sacred city, Spela, is the capital of Civicerta.
Elpys is a goddess created of faith magic, due to the need for a symbol of hope. She is a mild-tempered and soft-spoken goddess. However, she is also passive. Despite always physically being present in Spela, she rarely ever intervenes in worldly affairs.
This passive nature upsets her only son greatly and causes him to rebel from her service after she "stands by and watches" (in Creed's opinion) as the Crystal Empire is corrupted and falls.
