Nightshade is a tall woman with a lean and strong frame, similar to her brother. She is ungodly agile and light on her feet.

Accomplishments & Achievements
Nightshade founded the Shadowbolts with Midnight initially to give the Wonderbolts an ego check when they became destructive to other newly forming teams. Under her guidance as Captain, the Shadowbolts have advanced to a saboteur group to be feared worldwide.
She has three neat sons, too. She's definitely proud of them.
Failures & Embarrassments
Nightshade was dishonorably discharged from the Wonderbolts. In an attempt to outshine Spitfire in the trials of Co-Captain, Nightshade attempted and failed to pull off a dangerous stunt. The stunt led to a bleacher folding in on itself, injuring several of the audience of the event.
Mental Trauma
Nightshade's neglect and later abuse from her parents caused for Nightshade to suffer from low self-esteem and a heightened obsession with success to prove her worth. She struggles with depression with a focus on anger, though she hides it well.
