Hula Balu

Overview:

Hula Balu is a warlock from the gnomish kingdom of Tien. Years ago, he travelled to the Dominion of Jarl and founded the Guild of Piscarilius. Known for his proficiency in support magic and uncanny ability to use healing magic as a warlock, Hula Balu has made a name for himself as a powerful magic user. He is also a very charismatic man that enjoys endulging in any form of conversation. Currently, Hula Balu resides in the City of Vei'on and is acting as an envoy for the Dominion of Jarl.

Relationship with Party:

The party met Hula Balu in session 3 after they arrived on the Dominion of Jarl. Shortly after meeting, Sir Clancey Bilateral Perpetual Motion Strongarm Jr. IV mentioned he was the prince of Tien which led Hula Balu to become fond of the party. He helped the party understand the Dominion of Jarl's politics and, after some persuading, joined the party for the rest of the session. When the party was able to arrange an alliance between the Dominion of Jarl and the Region of Vei'on, Hula Balu returned to the City of Vei'on with them.
