Dominion of Jarl Alliance

Overview: The Dominion of Jarl Alliance plotline followed the party as they attempted to form an alliance between the Region of Vei'on and an island settlement known as the Dominion of Jarl. The purpose of this alliance was to provide the Region of Vei'on more support during their war with Bethauna. After a few sessions, the party was successfully able to form an alliance between the two factions.
