The Big Ass Battle Session
A giant battle ensues, this includes the following creatures to start.
1 hulking blight
10 needle blights
25 vine blights
25 guards
the party
For this battle specifically the hulking blight has a lair action, on initiative count 20 (losing all ties) the hulking blight slams his foot into the ground and 1d8 -2 twig blights emerge.
If the battle begins to look unwinnable, Sirira will appear and teleport the party twice, first to a teleportation circle in her mansion, then to the city of Diwell sending them to find help within the empire. If this happens then the party will appear in a large tower in the capital building of the The Great Kings Empire, here they will be addressed by several ornate looking guards bearing the symbol of the empire on their chestplates (this is two lions facing away from each other, with an eagle spread wings between them) asking what their business was and how they knew of the Circle. Eventually they will be led to a large room with huge podiums and shadowed figures sitting in them, there are a total of 6 of these podiums standing, and when they speak they all have the same monotone magically enhanced voice. If told about Hogan they will say that they would love to send troops that way, but Diwell has been getting these attacks as well. If the group could find the true reason for the corruption in the forest, they don't even have to stop it, then the council would be more than happy to send available troops to the city.
