Manufacturing process

The Electrum Crystal is Enchanted with a Rune of Power and bound to the Fire Elemental, the Rune is bound to a Control Spell, the Electrum Dust is given to the Elemental to be used as external Light Sources and if needed the Runes Spell is refined with a Commercial Effect.
