Reading Challenge
Honestly, reading is already in my new year resolution. When the flash challenge came, I think it's a right opportunity to progress that a little bit further.
Throughtout the WorldEmber I opened up so many articles but never gave a chance to read, leaving plenty of tabs that apparently slowed down my computer. It's time to clear these up.
Well-formatted and full of details! The way of putting dark information into a spoiler tag keep balancing the overall mood and tone of an article.
What I've learnedThe way to put the whole content, which simillar format as the whole article, into the a spoiler tag, for simple secret and interaction.
Forever or not, the amount of storytelling on this and everything in this world are fantastic.
What I've learnedPutting plenty of scenes with different style of narration to give the immersion that is easy to follow.
Packed interesting details.
What I've learnedAn amount of information and how it's written that engage me even it's in a form of long, few paragraphs.
Nothing to say about it but absolutely stunning!
What i've learnedFor me, this is one of the example of how to write a three-simensional character, that also engaging, and also good piece of arts.
Dark and interesting. Blocky but immersive.
What I've learnedPacked paragraphs, well formation, and a nice touch of a placeholder. (As of Jan 2022)
Its fuctionality is well-described, as well as the demostration. (you know what I mean)
What I've learnedHow to show an information with only a few paragraphs.
Making WorldAnvil intertwined with in-world's lore is a good and interest idea, and it has been done so well.
What I've learnedThe example of using framing device as an introduction to the world.
Yummy!
What I've learnedAmount of immersive details being put on cuisines) and relations with various locations that made them believable. And.
OMG, the incredible work of CSS and arts! It's my dream when I first clicked the 'next' button, instantly loved it.
What I've learnedThe usage of CSS to compact the overall content to make it as short as possible (with some animations).
Another amazing work from TJ! the first time I saw I was 'Wow'
What I've learnedParagraphs spacing. The great piece of arts.
2022 Resolution
I've already wrote that on my personal post, but I'll share it here again as a little shortcut:
- Take a break from writing for a while, getting an internship
- Read more English books/stories
- Practice arts
Or, maybe more then that? It'd be something like:
- Make more arts, of course
- Polish my worlds to be more clean and consistent
- Make some kind of fiction
Thank you for the mention and also putting my reading challenge at the bottom! ^^ really appreaciate it!
You're welcome!
Come visits Terraloga and the story of a fictional Ancient Roman trying to rule the world.
