Captain Xian Wu
The Commanding officer of the Port Minato occupation, Xian Wu is a paragon of Laozi military discipline and virtue. Ironic, since he was raised among the nomadic tribesmen of the Yaguri Highlands, known for their ferocity and savage nature. He joined the Laozi military early on in their campaign, and has risen the ranks in the past few years, earning himself the right to prosecute the invasion of The Kingdom of Hokkai.
Having suffered a major humiliation by by the hands of The Shinobi Corps, he seeks to redeem himself after the Wan Bay Incident by capturing the three agents who performed the operation under his nose. He wishes to make an example of those who attempt to resist- or worse insult- the Orchid Empire.
