The breaking of the Laozi naval blockade of Port Minato


The Wan Bay Incident refers to the night when two Laozi ships blockading the harbor in Port Minato were destroyed in violent explosions, and a confiscated ship stolen and absconded with by an unknown party. What is known, at least to the Laozi commanders is that the Shinobi Corps was responsible for the event, something that caused Captain Xian Wu a great deal of personal and professional embarassment.
