Stormlord
It is unknown where or when the Stormlord first appeared. The best historians can do is sometime Post-Fall, many began worshipping “The Face in the Storm.” Maesters contend that some "unsavory" members of society began rebelling against the strictness of The Eight-Pointed Star, and turned towards a more free style of worship.
He is the storm god and the lord of battle. He revels in strength, battlefield prowess, and thunder. Fighters and athletes revere him. He is a mercurial god, unbridled and wild, who summons storms over land and sea; those who hope for better weather appease him with prayers and spirited toasts.
The Stormlord is depicted as a large muscular man, who is somehow ethereal and has lightning pouring from his eyes.

Tenets of Faith
The Stormlord encourages the belief that, while a God, he should only be “worshipped” as the powerful being he is; not because he’s superior, or wise, or strong. The Stormlord also expresses some form of cynicism towards life or towards fundamental concepts such as knowledge, existence, and the meaning of life. Simply put, life has no meaning, so it is best to become as strong as you can with the time we have, all the better to survive the Storm.
Life is often referred to as The Storm, as it is ever-changing, exhilarating, and unforgiving. The Stormlord can be called on for guidance, but he is a cruel teacher. The Storm, however, is the greatest of teachers.
- Be strong, but do not use your strength for wanton destruction.
- Be brave and scorn cowardice in any form.
- Prove your might in battle to win glory and renown.
