All-Father

Father of Giants

The All-Father, distinct from the Cosmic Deity bearing the same moniker, was the most imposing of the Titans. His task was of paramount importance - to protect Tethys from cosmic invaders and celestial hazards, such as meteors. This role ensured that life on Tethys could thrive without the looming threat of total annihilation from an errant asteroid.   Before the outbreak of the Titan War, the All-Father brought the race of Giants into existence. These beings were given a similar responsibility on a smaller scale, safeguarding Tethys from more localized threats. The Giants of the time were of significantly larger stature than their present-day counterparts.   When the Titan War ignited, the All-Father found himself at odds with the First Gods. The world's once defenders now stood as warriors in a conflict that would determine the fate of Tethys. Despite his formidable power, the All-Father ultimately fell to the combined might of the First Gods and was incarcerated.   The All-Father's defeat had a significant impact on his children, the Giants. Stripped of their patriarch's leadership, they scattered across Tethys, their presence diminishing with the passing ages. The legacy of the All-Father is embodied in the Giants' enduring vigilance, even as their once-great stature dwindles in the annals of history.
