Don't let the name fool you, the locals call the college, the College of Duplicity. Whisper Bards who come from this school are infamous around the world. While they bring great joy to some, many of them do not do it out of love to music. They are true children of the Archdevil Dantanian, at least that's what the rumoura are. Their main college is in Mephistia.
