Conduit of Divinity

The Conduit of Divinity is what gives the Gods and their lesser powers to shape reality itself. While some believe that Divinity can be taken by any mortal creature, it isn't quite as the faucet control is in the hands of other mortals. Their belief is what makes the gears move, which allows Divinity to flow. The many Gods fight over worshippers, not because of a whim but because the fewer people worship them, the weaker they become and if such a situation would arise that they would lose all of them, they cease to exist. The religious wars are wars for the right to exist. The Gods have their laws, Divine Laws that describe what they can or can't do as well limit who can access Divinity. Also, the Conduit of Divinity fuels the Afterlife and The Gods Plane. The former is created by the ideas and concepts each of the god puts for their worshippers once they die. The latter is a myriad of planes ruled by the gods and their pantheons, where they experiment with their powers, battle each other or make deals between themselves on neutral ground.
