Dragon Lakes

The great Dragon Lakes is the place where the Jade Emperor found the Heavenly Emperor and gave him the right to create the Jadeite Empire. Many of the Dragon Lakes are named after ancient dragons that helped the Heavenly Emperor unite Sailan.
