Halftongue

The Halfing race loves to travel and share their stories, especially between themselves. While their language derives from the Terran language, over the millennia it morphed into something else. Historians note at least 35 different languages that the halfling race used in the Third Age, Kingdoms. All are labeled as the Halftongue and no matter where you are, when you learn the Halftongue, you can use it to talk to a halfling that is on the other side of the world and you will have a normal conversation. Some say it is because the language has some Terran in it, allowing it to change dynamically and be relearnt with ease.
