Ilios

Ilios is part of the Trinity as one of the known Aspects. Worshippers of Ilios focus on warfare, combat and honor. By most are seen as selfish, seeking battle and conflict everywhere they can and not backing down.

History

Out of the three Aspects of Trinity, he was the most that appeared before the mortals and mainly during wartime. Last time he manifested was in the Fourth Age, The Calamity, when people fought the Icons. Even if it was revealed that the mortals had to win the war by themselves, he at least tried to give advice instead of being in the battle himself.

Dogma

Your word is more important than the sword. Have honor.

Death in battle is preferable than death in bed. Seek glory in combat.

You can only count on yourself during times of need. Work hard.

Relationships with other Gods

As an Aspect, Ilios might not be seen as a rival but that isn't true. Many enemies of the Trinity would quickly see him as a fully-fledged commander at the front of a heavenly host. By many gods, he is seen as THE god of war.
