Lands of the Caretaker

After the First Age, The Titan War, the megacontinent of Eurybia was destroyed, scattered into different parts. For the First Gods all of it would be still recognizable but something was off, there was a big chunk of land missing. Another continent-sized landmass that housed the lands of the Caretaker - Garden of Id. Many speculate it is underwater, while others believe that the Caretaker hid it from the gods.
Some people speculate that it was found again, deep underground, even below Undertethys. A new land of unknown species. Could this be the Garden?
