Ovlen Gulf

The ancient gulf was barely used in the first part of the Third Age, Kingdoms until a general named Olven from Isagorth found it, trying to invade Mordland. He tried passing the gulf but was turned back by the everwinter that defended the lands. He lost half of his men.
