Sorrowful Hills

These hills are the home of Lepidia as well as the Ghol Race. Long ago, there was an enormous battle that took thousands with it. The (at that time) god of death, Vecna, used his powers to raise these warriors, creating the first Ghols. From that point onwards, the race treated this place as their rightful place, erecting powerful fortresses to safeguard it. It was breached once, during the Fourth Age, The Calamity by the Icons.
