Tree of Mana

It is said that there are wild Magic Sources that spill their energies into the ground and once millennia a tree might absorb these energies, becoming a Tree of Mana. These trees are heavily valuable and extremely rare. Magical objects made out of its wood would shorten the production and price of them to 1/10th of the base prices and if they bear ediable fruit, they can easily be used to create a variety of magical potions on the spot. Sometimes having the properties in themselves, so a mortal only needs to eat one to gain them. The highest number of Mana Trees existed before the Third Age, Kingdoms but were cut down for the war, the rest would be used by the next millennia.
