Unicorn

The Unicorn is a magnificent and rare creature that embodies purity, grace, and strength. It resembles a majestic horse with a few key differences: a spiraling horn protruding from its forehead, often said to have magical properties, and a coat that shines with an ethereal luminescence. Unicorns are typically white or silver in color, with manes and tails that flow like silk. Their eyes are deep and expressive, often reflecting a wisdom beyond that of ordinary beasts.   Unicorns emerged after the Second Age, Godswar, coinciding with the departure of the Pegasi from the Material Plane. While the descendants of the Pegasi evolved into Hippogriffs or ordinary horses, Unicorns were born from the collective belief in mythical, horse-like creatures distinct from Pegasi. This belief led to the appearance of Unicorns in the Evergreen Plane as entities of the Fey. Over the centuries, they attained a divine status among the masses. Many gods, recognizing their unique and revered nature, 'adopted' the unicorns into their own realms, where they became guardians of these celestial domains. Consequently, Unicorns are regarded as having both Fey and Celestial origins.
