Willow Hills

The Willow Hills were once a small mountain range called Despair Mountains during the Third Age, Kingdoms. Due to powerful magic, they were leveled down. Many still fear to colonize the hills, thinking that the powerful magic still resides there and could bring doom. This doesn't stop traders to use as a shortcut through the Arakhor Wildlands.
